Oil and gas pipelines require controlled mechanical properties, pressure integrity, and full traceability. YouCheng Pipe supplies API 5L spiral welded line pipe with the grade, product specification level, and coating needed for safe long-distance service.
Grade, Testing, and Coating
API 5L PSL2 pipe provides tighter chemistry and mechanical requirements than PSL1. We confirm the required grade, delivery condition, and inspection plan before production so the pipe matches the line design.
FBE or 3PE external coating protects the steel in buried service, while internal coatings can be applied for product flow and corrosion control. Holiday detection, adhesion testing, and thickness checks are completed in the factory.
