Production Process

From certified coil to export-ready pipe

A controlled, traceable process keeps quality consistent across every length and every order.

Coil Preparation

Certified hot-rolled coil is inspected, uncoiled, and edge-trimmed before forming.

Spiral Forming

The strip is continuously formed into a helix and welded inside and outside with submerged arc.

Testing & Finishing

Hydrostatic, ultrasonic, and mechanical tests are completed before beveling and marking.

Coating & Packing

Pipe is coated to specification, inspected, and export-packed for safe ocean freight.

Quality & Inspection

Verified before it leaves the mill

Non-Destructive Testing

Ultrasonic and radiographic weld inspection on critical production runs.

Hydrostatic Testing

Every pipe is pressure-tested according to the applicable standard or project requirement.

Third-Party Inspection

SGS, BV, TUV, and client-appointed inspectors are welcome before shipment.
