What is the minimum order quantity for spiral steel pipe?
Our standard minimum is one 20-foot container, typically 25 to 28 tons depending on pipe size. For trial orders and mixed sizes, our export team can build a consolidated container.
Can YouCheng Pipe provide third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, BV, TUV, and client-appointed inspectors are welcome. We coordinate inspection scheduling and prepare the required documentation before shipment.
What export documents do you provide?
We provide mill test certificates, packing lists, commercial invoices, bill of lading support, and certificates of origin or other destination-specific documents as required.
What is your standard production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 20 to 45 days depending on quantity, grade, and coating. Urgent orders can often be accelerated with a phased production plan.
Which standards do you manufacture to?
We manufacture to GB/T 9711, SY/T 5037, GB/T 3091, API 5L, ASTM A252, and EN 10219. Coating systems can be supplied to GB/T 23257, ISO 21809, EN 253, and project specifications.
Can you supply custom lengths and end preparation?
Yes. Standard lengths are 6 m and 12 m, with custom lengths available. We can supply plain or beveled ends and project-specific end preparation to match installation requirements.
Do you coat and line pipe in-house?
Yes. We offer 3PE, 2PE, FBE, 2FBE, TPEP, cement mortar lining, and polyurethane insulation. Coating is completed in a controlled factory process with inspection before packing.

YouCheng Pipe supports buyers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania. We handle inspection coordination, freight, and destination documentation.
